-3 Sprigs of Lemon Thyme
-1oz Lime Juice
-3/4oz Honey Syrup
-1oz Lillet Rose
-2oz Koloa Rum Coconut Rum
-Garnish: Lemon Thyme Sprig
Grab a cocktail shaker and place the sprigs of lemon thyme inside. Pour in lime juice and honey syrup. Using a muddler gently crush the the lemon thyme. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the Lillet Rose and coconut rum before shaking vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour in to a coup glass and gently dangle the sprig of lemon thyme over the edge. Enjoy your Caribbean Sunrise from the comfort of your home!
