-1oz Venus Gin #1

-1oz Hendricks Orbium Gin

-0.5oz Fidelitas Williams Birne Pear Brandy

-1oz Lemon Juice

-2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

-2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters

-6oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

Fill a tall glass with crushed ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker add gin, brandy, lemon juice, and bitters. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour over crushed ice and slowly top with tonic water. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

Notes: When looking for a pear brandy just make sure it isn’t a cordial. A cordial will be low in alcohol, pear juice or flavoring added after distillation, and have lots of added sugar. You don’t want that. The one I listed above is a brandy made of distilled pears and is 40% ALC.
